A bright-colored watch will always be a piece de resistance but this watch shows you that white can match that attraction. The Xemex XE 5000 Ivory Chronograph Watch was first seen during the 2008 Basel World Fair and majority of those who saw its unveiling were one in saying that this watch is one trendy piece to watch out for!

The Xemex XE 5000 Ivory Chronograph Watch has a brushed stainless steel case measuring 44mm. It has an ETA Valjouc 7750 automatic movement and a convex sapphire crystal.

This watch has an ivory glow all over starting with the white dial with metallised chronograph counters and the white rubber strap with folding clasp. It has three polished metal sub-dials to indicate the hours, minutes and seconds. There’s also a date display at 3 o’clock.

Take a look at the red markers at the tachimeter scale and you will realize that red may be an attractive color but it can get lost when placed amid an all-white background.

As you can see on the photos, the chronograph’s white face features three chronograph counters for hours, minutes and seconds with dials made of contrasting polished metal. Xemex’s trademark round date window is located at 3 o’clock. The tachimeter scale’s red markers and indices are printed on the sapphire crystal giving the watch’s face an additional dimension.

This is a watch that can be worn by both male and female users and it is even water resistant by up to 50 meters.
